Return Policy
You can return any product within the first 2 days from the delivery date if you find it defected, if it hasn't been the same as you ordered,
In case of a manufacturing defect, you can return any product within 2 days from the date
of delivery.
- If you received a product with clear damage or with a damaged outer package or a product with a mistake in color/size/model, or any missing accessories or parts, you must notify us within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- When returning the product, make sure all accessories are intact, the product is in its original packaging, and any gifts received with the product are included.
- The returned package should not contain any accessories that are not related to it.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, please request a tax invoice and head to the nearest service center to issue a report on the product's condition before initiating the return request. If there's no report indicating the defect, unfortunately we won't be able to accept your return.
Unfortunately, we don't provide an exchange policy. You can only initiate a return request according to the return policy and place a new order.
